RAR seen by
João Marçal

João Marçal regularly draws upon the paradigms of modernity and its protagonists in order to recreate works that affirm themselves as comments on the alleged depletion of formulae such as abstraction or minimalism. [...] In the case of the works presented herein, this dialogue is demonstrated by the type of language used, especially abstraction, and by the instant discovery of the graphic elements that make up the visual universe of the various companies of the RAR group.
